Dr. Allison is a recognized expert in work capacity and disability evaluation. He is board certified by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS) and the American Board of Disability Analysts (ABDA). He is also a Certified Medical Examiner for the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, and he has met the preliminary qualification requirements for board certification from the American Board of Vocational Experts (ABVE) pending examination. He has been recognized in Federal and State courts as an expert in functional capacity evaluations, job analysis, and orthopedic physical therapy.

Military
Dr. Allison is a service disabled Gulf War U.S. Army Veteran. He served overseas in Desert Storm during the 1990-1991 conflict as the Communications Section Chief for Company C of the 527th Combat Heavy Engineering Battalion. Upon obtaining his PT degree in 1993, he completed Officer Basic Course at Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio, Texas to become a commissioned officer. He completed his military service in the 355th Area Support Medical Company in Bossier City as a physical therapist.
Family & Social Activities
Dr. Allison enjoys spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren. He likes grilling/smoking for family get togethers, working in the yard/garden, riding 4 wheelers, exploring nature, and church fellowship.
